PROM 2013...

Adam (Grandson) and Michaela (Girlfriend) getting ready for Photo fun.  Mom is the photographer.  These are my pictures that I took and hers are on  Face book.

The red tractor gets to come out for all pictures.

I said all they need is a pitch fork and her comes my son from the barn with the fork.

Drawing something or putting a word on the stone about each other.

Check out Michaela's boots.

Starting to have fun.

Time to put the tractor in the barn.

Then off to diner and the Prom.  They are both Juniors so we get to do this again next year.  It was fun.

Some more finished projects from my Cabin...

This is a wool table mat that I made.

Silk Strawberry pin cushion that I made.

Quilt top that Monica made.

Then Barb bought some fabric to make one like Monica's.  Barb used Monica's template and cut hers out and I will sew it together for her and have it quilted.

Great time at Kentucky Dam Village...

We had such a good time.  Great food, Wonderful Friendship, Lots of Laughs, and got a few things done.  This is my wool quilt BOM.  The blocks had been done for a couple months so I put it together at the Lake.  Now to get it quilted.

On Saturday night we get together at the lodge for a Show and Tell.  There were a total of 9 cabins for the RiverHeritage Quilt Guild.  I believe this was our 16th year.

That is Pam Mungle from San Antonio TX showing her quilt.

That is Darla Snider showing her quilt top.

This is Anastasia Gonzales showing her quilt top.

The whole cabin showing for a picture.

Donna Irwin showing her civil war quilt top.   Most of my pictures were from too far away and the room was too dark.  This will give you a sample of the RHQ Guild Retreat.

Two finished quilts...

for Twins.
My neighbor's daugther had twins for her second and third children.  I think it was Oct.  Her dad and stepmom asked me to make them a quilt for Christmas.  I knew I wouldn't get them done by then, too busy at the Post Office.  They are done now and I gave them to the stepmom on Thursday.   The pink is for the girl and the blue is for the boy.
